Join us for a magical evening filled with twinkling lights, festive cheer, and the official kickoff to the holiday season. Here’s what’s happening: Streetscape Lighting Ceremony – 7:00 PM Gather downtown as we flip the switch and light up the streets with the glow of the holidays. It’s a sparkling sight you won’t want to miss! Holiday Open House Your favorite Tecumseh merchants are decking the halls and rolling out holiday specials, treats, and perfect gift ideas. Enjoy shopping local while soaking in the sights, sounds, and scents of the season. Ugly Sweater Fun! It’s not just the shops dressing up this year! Downtown merchants will compete in an Ugly Sweater Contest, and you get to vote for the winner. Plus — join the fun yourself and wear your own wonderfully tacky holiday sweater while you shop. Prizes and festive bragging rights await! Annual Recipe Walk A fan favorite is back! Pick up your recipe cards starting Friday at 10 AM and collect them as you explore downtown. Holiday Night Market at The Market on Evans (4–8 PM) Browse holiday vendors, sip hot chocolate, enjoy live music, and visit Santa’s House beneath our towering Christmas tree.
