"Through the Doors of Tecumseh... Enter Our Past" is the theme for the 41st Annual Promenade Tecumseh Home Tour. Visitors will enjoy touring local homes during this two-day event from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Live entertainment will be featured at many of the locations throughout the weekend.
Start your day Saturday at the Tecumseh Fire Department's Pancake Breakfast from 8:00 am - 10:00 am (cost by donation). They are also planning an Open House and kid's water games from 10:00 am to Noon. The Fire Department is located at 101 E. Russell Rd. Call 517-423-4545 for details.

The Tecumseh Historical Museum is located in the old stone church on E. Chicago Blvd. If you haven't been in the museum in a while you'll be pleasantly surprised at the new displays that the Tecumseh Historical Society has been compiling for 2017.
The Market On Evans - Farmers Market, located at 213 N. Evans Street will be open Saturday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Stop by and see all the great things offered at the market. Homemade cookies & breads, plants, natural honey, herbs, crafts and much more!
A downtown guided walking tour highlights the history of buildings and the unique architectural designs and features of various downtown structures. The walking tour is held on Saturday, June 10 at 10:00 am and again at 3:00 pm. Those interested in joining the tour should meet in front of the Tecumseh Historical Museum at the corner of Oneida St. and E. Chicago Blvd. just prior the starting time. Pat VanCamp and Promenade Committee members will lead the approximately 45 minute tour.
Promenade ticket prices are $12 advanced/$15 on the days of the tour (ages 10 - under are free).
