Music in the Park

A free concert series

Tecumseh comes alive the third Thursday of the month from June through
September with a free concert series.  From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Adams Park
becomes an outdoor concert hall. Reggae, jazz, swing, the blues………..it’s all on tap. Each season, the Parks and Recreation department lines up four distinctive sounding bands, with your listening pleasure in mind.

Adams Park, located next to City Hall, is a great place to spend a summer evening. Light refreshments are usually available for purchase, or you can start a third Thursday tradition and pack a picnic. Everything tastes better with live music! Come prepared to play Tecumseh Trivia during intermission, purchase your very own limited edition Music in the Park tee shirt, and relax with your friends and neighbors. Music in the Park is another reason why Tecumseh is a great place to live, work and play.
